Canceling Reservations - Should it become necessary for you to cancel your hotel reservation, we request that all members contact Dannie Martin at  520-648-5055.  Dannie would be able to make the canceled room available to another member.  If you cancel directly with th hotel, the room would be lost to the convention.

This fine hotel offers visitors complimentary daily breakfast buffet and a light dinner on Monday through Thursday!  With all the Residence Inn Burlington Williston hotel amenities combined with our warm, inviting staff you will feel right at home during your stay.  Since we are unable to provide shuttle service there, a car would be necessary, but the excellent rates and amenities make it well worth it.
